Broken Jewelry- After the item is delivered in its perfect condition we are not responsible for any damages that occur there on out.

Missing Diamonds or any other type of stones- The stones are perfectly set upon delivery. We make sure of this by placing your jewelry under proper examination, tightening every prong to its fullest potential without damaging any stones. However we are not responsible for any stones or diamonds that come loose after the item is delivered to you safely.

Gold Plating, Rhodium Plating, and Micron Plating-We will provide your piece of jewelry, if needed with the proper plating prior to delivery. Future maintenance of this service will have a fee according to the price of the market when the service is needed.

Enamel & Picture Finishes-After the item is delivered to you in perfect condition, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the item after it's received regarding the Enamel & Picture finishes.

Communication & Updates- Feel free to contact us at any time, we are here to help you by answering any questions you have regarding our service or your product. Otherwise we keep you posted throughout every step of the process when it comes down to your custom designed piece. If a delay occurs it's only to ensure that we are creating the best quality for our clients finished product.

Delivery-We send your package to your nearest Fed Ex or UPS Facility. Your item is then held at the location until you pick it up with an ID present. Once you present your ID you can then sign for your package and it will be given to you.

No Refunds or Exchanges- Due to our detailed process we make sure that we seek your approval throughout every step of creating your custom design. This guarantees you to know that we're on the same page at all times.
